We are committed to providing our employees and subcontractors with a safe work environment at all sites where we conduct our activities. Employees are required to conduct their activities, both in the field and in our offices, in a manner consistent with the protocols outlined in the company Environmental Health and Safety Program.
Morrow's Health and Safety Mission Statement:
- All employees of Morrow are entitled to a safe work environment. To this end, Morrow will endeavour to provide a workplace where risks that may cause work-related employee illness, injury, or death are eliminated or minimized. We will meet or exceed all environmental, health and safety laws and regulations applicable to our operations.
- Morrow will provide information, training and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to recognize workplace hazards and act to eliminate or minimize risk to themselves and other workers.
- Our project managers and supervisors are responsible for the proper instruction of workers under their direction and control, and for ensuring work is performed without undue risk.
- Morrow employees are empowered to refuse, without fear of reprimand or reprisal, to subject themselves or another worker to any situation they believe to be unsafe, a risk to health, or a risk to the environment.
